By purchasing from us, you are engaging with our services and agree to be bound by these Terms. Our store is hosted on WordPress, which allows us to sell our products to you.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (together, the “Terms”), provide you with important information about us and apply to any contract between you and us. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering anything from our Website.
By ordering goods online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You can only order goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Price and Payment

- Any additional delivery charges or other charges will be specified on the Website at the date of Order. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order, and we take payment immediately or before the delivery of the Goods/services.
Delivery
- Goods will be delivered by the time or within the agreed method, or failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day the contract is entered into.
- We do not generally deliver to addresses outside of the uk. If we do accept an Order outside this area, you will be responsible for any additional charges associated with the delivery.
- The Goods become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. You must examine the Goods if reasonably practical before accepting them.
Cancellations/Returns
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving physical Goods without providing any reason.
- To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (either via letter or by email). You must be able to show clear evidence of when the cancellation was made before the cancellation period expires.
- These cancellation rights do not apply to contracts for the following goods:
- Goods that are made to your specifications or are personalized.
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- If the goods become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- If booking services cancelation request must be place 48 hours before the booked appointment.
- Late cancellation may incur a partial refund or refusal of refund as time and preparation for the booking has been agreed and reserved.
- If you cancel this contract for purchase of goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you. We may deduct from the reimbursement for any loss in value of Goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you and any delivery fee.
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after we receive the Goods back from you, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Goods.
- We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- You shall send back the Goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.
- If you are purchasing digital content (e.g., e-books, guides, videos), you will be informed prior to purchase that any downloadable content will be available immediately. You must consent to receiving this immediately, resulting in the loss of your right to cancel.
General
We have a legal duty to supply the Goods/services in conformity with the contract, and the Goods/services will:
Goods:
- Be of satisfactory quality.
- Be reasonably fit for any particular purpose you made known to us before the contract is made.
- Confirm to their description.
Services:
- Service provided online or in person with agreement of both parties
- Service is designed to meet the clients needs as agreed before & during the session/appointment
- The service provided is as described on the website.
In the event of any failure by a party due to something beyond its reasonable control:
- The affected party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable.
- The affected party’s obligations will be suspended as far as is reasonable, but this will not affect your rights relating to delivery and any right to cancel.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. You explicitly accept that only the law courts of Scotland have jurisdiction to deal with any matter arising from or related to the use of this Website.
Excluding Liability
The Supplier does not exclude liability for:
- Fraudulent act or omission.
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier’s other legal obligations.
